EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

This section applies only to customers located in the European Union who purchase products from Psalms Clothes.

Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Psalms Clothes before the withdrawal period expires by using our withdrawal request process or by contacting us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from your purchase.

• Email address used for the order

• A statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Returning Products

Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including goods that have been customized or clearly personalized for the customer, or other products excluded by law.
